How to Book / Tattoo Request
Fill out a form or send an e-mail with all of the following information:
– Your Name (first & last, any preferred or nicknames)
– Your Phone Number
– Existing Tattoos (Do you have any tattoos already or will this be your first tattoo?)
– Design Idea (If this is a free tattoo, pick out a design from the Available Free Tattoos Page. If this is a Fixed Price Tattoo, pick one. If this is a Custom Request, describe your idea and attach reference and blank body part images.)
– Color Include if this is for:
- Black Linework
- Black & Grey (shading)
- Minimal Accent Color(s) (1 – 3 colors, aside from black)
- Full Color (unlimited palette)
– Size (What size [in inches or centimeters] do you want your tattoo?)
– Placement (Where on your body do you want it?
If you have other tattoos near it, please attach photos of your existing tattoos and the blank skin space where you want your new tattoo.)
– Budget (You can give a range. Final estimate will depend on complexity.)
– Schedule (Availability for webcam consultation and/or tattoo sessions in December 2022 – February 2023).
– You must be 18 years of age or older with valid State identification card, driver’s license, or passport. You must sign a consent form to be tattooed in California.
